Phase Contrast Set

Phase contrast set for the 57***** series microscopes. Increases the contrast according to the refraction index and thickness of the specimen under observation. The set contains four different irises, four different phase contrast objectives: 10x; 20x; 40x and 100x oil immersion and three colour filters. A collimating aid allows easy alignment of the irises.

Cold Light Source

The cold light source provides, in conjunction with the optional flexible fiber-optic cable, optimal illumination of the subject under observation without raising its temperature. This is especially relevant for sensative preperations where drying out is to be avioded. The cold light is powered by a 150W halogen lamp.
